Dear Diary,

I let Elaine talk me into going for the Student Council trip. I know Mr TDH is a member of the council but Elaine said and I believed her when she said most of the time council members don’t even come along. I still haven’t been able to meet with him since our encounter at the lingerie store. Yeah, yeah, I’ve been avoiding him. Don’t give me that look. I know it’s nothing to be embarrassed about but I just can’t help feeling that way. Okay back to the trip. Elaine dragged me along and didn’t even have the decency to sit with me on the bus. She was all boo’d up with Ray across from me. My earphones were plugged in and I was totally emersed in the novel I was reading that I offered the seat next to me without giving the person a second glance.

Elaine is never punctual to anything except it’s fun so it was no surprise that we were amongst the first set of people to board the bus.

“It must be a very interesting book,” the person next to me said

“It is” I replied without a glance

“Care to tell me what it’s about? By the way, I’m Jared. Jared Johnson” then the bus took off and I was definitely stuck.

I was like “Oh shoot! Did he just say, Jared Johnson? Then Mr TDH is my seating partner!” I had to look up to confirm because dang, this is about to be a really long trip.

I looked up and lo and behold it was Mr TDH himself and he was smirking.

I was officially done for. Anytime, my eye caught Elaine’s I issued a threat. I was so tense and he was definitely enjoying it.

I couldn’t wait to hop off the bus when we stopped at our destination. Now if you think him sitting with me was a total shocker, wait for what’s to come.

So, the one in charge said we were going to have to share rooms therefore, it’s going to be two in a room so we should each pick a partner and he didn’t care about our pairing. This doofus raised his hand and said, “I’ll share a room with Sabrina” pointing right at me.

I gotta go. I can see Elaine giving me the evil eye.
