Dear Diary,

Man, has it been a hectic week. There is no slowing down in college. You think all you have to do is take this test or make this presentation and maybe you could rest and then there’s a ton more work to do. I’m really sick of this place. I need a break. I’m really adulting for real cos wow. You know the school is going on a break but those lecturers from hell I got this semester just won’t let ya girl breathe. I’m supposed to come back from a two-week break with five reports and a presentation. Man, this is my undergrad, not a PhD. This reminds me of the funny incident that happened when we were being given our assignments. This guy, Teddy, shouted from the back of the class, “Sir, I think you got the wrong class cos this is definitely an undergrad class.” The whole class bust out laughing. The lecturer even chuckled a lil and said, “Young man, I know which class this is. I’m old, not senile” and then there was an uproar of uncontrollable laughter. But he ended up going easy on us with the assignment though.

Anyway, enough about school. Let’s talk about my and Ava’s shopping trip. Do you know which store this girl took me to? A damn lingerie store. Before that, we went to a sex store. I mean what she does with her man is definitely her business but she definitely ain’t have to drag me there. I didn’t have to know the kind of freak Ray is. Now, I’m not entirely sure I can look him in the eye again. But forget the sex store. It’s the lingerie store that got me a lil heated. So,  Ava had to go try on some things she liked and I was just browsing through the items when I heard this voice say, “That in midnight blue would look amazing on you” I turned to give whoever said that a piece of my mind and guess who was there. Yup, Mr TDH in the flesh. Everything I was about to say just flew out my head because ya man was standing really close to me and I could definitely feel the heat radiating off of him. The tension was way too much at that moment so when Ava suddenly appeared, I bolted like Cinderella when the clock struck midnight. I’ve honestly never felt like that about anyone. Could this be my forever love? I can’t wait to see where this goes. Oh, I gotta go. Someone’s knocking.
