Dear Diary,

We got back from the trip a couple of days ago. I completed my assignments with the help of Jared of course and turned them in ahead of the deadline so my head is definitely where it’s supposed to be. He was definitely serious about me being his girl because he asked again and I actually didn’t have a solid reason to say no so, I said yes. He even said he loved me and I told him it was too soon for that but he said time would let me know how serious he is. He asked me to move in with him which was definitely a surprise. I said I’ll have to think about it. Elaine on the other hand said to jump right in. I knew she was crazy but even she had to know that it was too much too soon. She hasn’t learnt anything from Ava’s situation, I guess. And Ava is really pregnant and has to choose a baby daddy from a slew of guys. She’s not back to school yet. I am really worried about her because honestly, we just started this college thing. She’s a great student despite the fact that she parties hard. She’s one of those annoying students who grasp everything in one class. I know you’re thinking why not abort if so much was at stake but Ava has this philosophy about abortions. She doesn’t believe in them. She said if she can be woman enough to lay with a man then she must be woman enough to deal with the consequences. And I can’t fault her for thinking that way. We’ll all help her figure it out though and that’s why she needs to come to school soon. Oh, look at the time. I’m going to be late for class again. Gotta run.
