Diary Of A Sheltered Teen #5

Dear Diary,

College is tough. Nobody told me how hard it’d be. You gotta study hard and get good grades as well not be completely antisocial. Man, this is not easy. So, last time we had a chat, I was meeting up with a couple of friends for a group meeting. Those group meetings are the worst I tell you. We don’t choose our members the lecturers have this grouping system that seemed to hate everybody. In my group, I do most of the work because I basically am the only one who really gives a damn about my grades. The others just couldn’t be bothered. We were a group of four, made up of two ladies and two gentlemen. The other lady didn’t want to be in school. Her parents made her come so her plan was to fail all her classes so they’d get mad and withdraw her. The other guy was a party animal-no need to elaborate. Ha and the other guy, Ted, well he’s no help. He makes it look like he wants to help but he always rushes out for an emergency. I want to snitch on them so bad but I don’t want them to hate me so I pick up the slack. The great part of the presentation is, the lecturer grades individually on how you answer questions from the material and how you present your material (Thank you Karma for looking out for your girl). Let’s forget about the school work and let’s delve into my social life. It’s been good so far. I met a girl, Elaine. She’s very beautiful – a true brown skin girl. Anywho, she convinced me to join a club in school that led me to meet dun dun dun, a very handsome tall man. I want to go into details but Ava and I are supposed to go somewhere and I don’t want to hear her mouth right now so toodles.
